Sporicide

Description

QT Sporicide was developed for use as a sterilant broad spectrum disinfectant for surfaces and equipment for industries such as pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical products manufacturing, research facilities, etc. QT Sporicide is a peracetic acid and hydrogen peroxide solution which is a chemistry that provides fast, effective microbial control including spores.

QT Sporicide is a Sterilant- Virucide, Disinfectant- Sanitizer that acts as a booster for alkaline detergents.
QT Sporicide is formulated to be used at a 1% v/v dilution (used as a broad-spectrum disinfectant and sterilant).

Product Features:

• Advanced peracetic acid/hydrogen peroxide blend
• Dilute from concentrate at a 1% v/v dilution with purified water
• Filtered at 0.2 microns
• Designed for the sterilization of manufacturing, packaging and filling equipment in
  aseptic processes
• Disinfects and cleans in one operation
• Product may be used as a sterilant with a contact time of 11 hours or as a Disinfectant with a contact time of 10 minutes.
• Colourless Liquid
• Double-bagged and double sealed polybag case liner (Sterile)
• Lot specific records for each shipment:
  o Certificate of Analysis
  o Indelible lot & expiry markings on each container
